• Written confirmation of a minimum of 70 hours forklifts operating experience
• Unit Standard 10851 – Operate a powered industrial lift truck (forklift), or demonstrate equivalent knowledge and skills
• OR a current OSH Forklift Certificate if Unit Standard 10851 is not held
